1. Agreement

By using TagTheVibe’s website, joining the Vibe Council, or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or complete a purchase.

2. Vibe Council fee

The Vibe Council is a one-time fee (currently processed through Polar) that secures your place on our waitlist and related early benefits we describe on the site. It is not a subscription. The Genesis shirt and other physical products are sold separately when we announce the drop.

3. Products & availability

We aim to run limited drops (e.g. Genesis). Features, timing, and inventory can change. We will communicate material changes by email where we have your address.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment partner (Polar). Their terms apply at checkout. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

5. Use of the site

Do not misuse the site, attempt to break or scrape it in ways that harm other users or us, or use QR destinations for illegal content. We may suspend access for violations.

6. Disclaimer

The site and demo tools are provided “as is” to the extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or third-party links you set on your QR.
