Refund Policy

General approach
We do not generally offer refunds on the Vibe Council fee or other small digital-listing payments. Those fees help us run a serious waitlist and keep the project moving.
When we will refund
If you genuinely believe you need a refund (for example you were charged twice by mistake, you signed up in error, or another good-faith reason), contact us and explain what happened. We will review your request honestly, and if we agree you should have your money back, we will refund it.
Email: hello@tagthevibe.com with the email you used at checkout and your Polar order reference if you have it.
Physical products (Genesis drop)
When shirts and other items go on sale, cancellation and return rules for those orders will be stated at checkout and in the product description. This policy focuses on the Vibe Council fee and similar digital waitlist payments.
